Kazeroon Combined Cycle Power Plant was constructed in three continues phases from 1990 in a 100 acres field in south-eastern of Kazeroon. The first phase including two 128 MW gas units built by the Japanese company Mitsubishi was put into operation in 1995. The second phase starting in 2001 including four gas units with the capacity of 159 MW as a joint product of Iran and Italy was put into operation in 2003 and 2004 and the third phase including three steams units of 160 MW capacity constructed by Iran was awarded to Bolandpayeh and subsequently to TTBP for engineering works.TTBP accepted responsibility of engineering and arranged a group of well experienced Iranian structural engineers to follow the highest international standards in this specific project. The construction process was started in 2004 and finished in 2008 and was put into operation right after.
